Real Estate Websites, SEO and Lead Generation in Canada
Canadian buyers compare listings on national portals before they call an agent. We build agent, brokerage and pre-construction websites with searchable listings, neighbourhood pages and fast follow-up, so your own site earns inquiries instead of sending them to a portal.
Common problems
Challenges we often hear
- 01Your listings live on the portals, so your own site gives buyers little reason to visit and earns few inquiries.
- 02Neighbourhood, condo and pre-construction pages do not appear for the city and area searches buyers make.
- 03Leads from forms, ads and calls land in different inboxes, and slow follow-up loses them to other agents.
- 04Meta's housing ad rules in Canada limit targeting, and campaigns built on old audience settings stop performing.

Can you show MLS® listings on my website?
Usually yes, through a listing feed your board or CREA makes available to members, or through an IDX provider. Access and display rules depend on your board and brokerage, so we confirm what you are licensed to use during discovery.
Do Meta's housing ad rules apply in Canada?
Yes. Meta treats housing ads in Canada as a special ad category, which limits options such as age, gender and narrow location targeting. We plan Meta Ads creative and audiences that work within those limits.
Can you build the site in English and French?
Yes. If you serve Quebec or bilingual clients we can build separate English and French pages, which also lets each language rank on its own.
